This building is a paradigmatic example of a prosperous rural farmhouse located within the Vila and dating from before the 19th century. In this respect, its survival is particularly unusual within the present-day urban fabric of the Vila.
The façade features walls built of small stone slabs, while the corners and the surrounds of doors and windows are made of sandstone blocks. Particularly noteworthy is the semicircular arched doorway, constructed with large voussoirs, suggesting that its original owner had considerable financial means.
Overall, the limited number of openings and the completely plain wall surfaces, except for the moulding along the sills of the small upper-floor windows, reflect a typically Mallorcan vernacular style of construction.
